Blue Cheese Arugula Burger

Ingredients:

  • 1 Lb of Tangen Draw Hamburger Patties
  • Brioche Buns
  • Pickled Onions
  • Arugula
  • Fig Jam
  • Kosher Salt

Directions: 

  1. Start by salting both sides of each patty. Make sure they are at room temperature before placing them inside the preheated grill for about 4 minutes per side. Once the patties are cooked, remove them from the grill and let them rest for a couple of minutes before building the hamburgers.
  2. To build the hamburgers, take a bun and spread fig jam on the top and bottom bun. Next, add a patty and top with the blue cheese, the red onions and the arugula. Serve with your favorite salad, fries, or potato chips. Enjoy!
