Not all grass fed beef is truly grass finished. Many cattle start on pasture but are finished on grain, which changes flavor and nutritional quality. At Tangen Draw, our beef remains on open Montana pasture for its entire life, raised using regenerative practices without antibiotics or added hormones.

The result is dry aged, grass finished beef that is leaner, nutrient dense, and deeply flavorful. From everyday ground beef to premium steaks and roasts, our beef reflects the health of the land it comes from and the way it was raised from start to finish.
