Burger Sliders, Crafted For Sharing

Serves: 8-12 (party-style) | Prep: 15-20 min | Cook: 20-25 mi

Ingredients:

  • 2 lb Ground Beef or Bison
  • 24 Slider Buns
  • 12 Slices Cheddar Cheese (halved)
  • 1 Small Onion, finely diced (optional)
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
  • 2 Tbsp. butter (melted)

Optional Toppings:

  • Pickles, lettuce, burger sauce

Directions:

  1. Prep the patties: Gently form 24 small patties (slightly larger than buns—they’ll shrink).
  2. Season both sides with salt & pepper
  3. Preheat grill: Heat grill to medium (about 375–400°F)
  4. Grill sliders: Place patties on grill. Cook 2–3 minutes per side
  5. Add cheese during last minute so it melts perfectly
  6. Toast the buns: Brush buns with melted butter. Place cut-side down on grill for 30–60 seconds until lightly golden
  7. Assemble and serve immediately for best texture and flavor
