Burger Sliders, Crafted For Sharing
Serves: 8-12 (party-style) | Prep: 15-20 min | Cook: 20-25 mi
Ingredients:
- 2 lb Ground Beef or Bison
- 24 Slider Buns
- 12 Slices Cheddar Cheese (halved)
- 1 Small Onion, finely diced (optional)
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- 2 Tbsp. butter (melted)
Optional Toppings:
- Pickles, lettuce, burger sauce
Directions:
- Prep the patties: Gently form 24 small patties (slightly larger than buns—they’ll shrink).
- Season both sides with salt & pepper
- Preheat grill: Heat grill to medium (about 375–400°F)
- Grill sliders: Place patties on grill. Cook 2–3 minutes per side
- Add cheese during last minute so it melts perfectly
- Toast the buns: Brush buns with melted butter. Place cut-side down on grill for 30–60 seconds until lightly golden
- Assemble and serve immediately for best texture and flavor
