By identifying the specific grasses, forbs, and other plants they’re grazing on and analyzing their nutrient profiles, we aim to translate that information into data-driven insights about the nutritional quality of our finished bison and beef. It’s all about fine-tuning for flavor, health benefits, and the best end product.
