Each Whole Herd box is hand-selected by our ranchers based on the season, offering a perfectly balanced selection:

  • 25% Chef’s Companions: Including Coulotte, Tri Tip, Flatiron, Flank, Skirt, Bavette, Brisket, Sirloin Tip, Chuck, Osso Buco, Stew Meat, Kabob Meat, Flanken Ribs, Dino Ribs, and Short Ribs.
  • 50% Prime Cut Steaks: Such as Rib Steak, T-Bone, New York, Ribeye, Filet Mignon, Delmonico, and Porterhouse.
  • 25% Everyday Staples: Including Ground Beef, Ground Bison, or a mix of both, as well as Ground Patties.
