Whiskey Marinated Steak Ends, Big. Bold. Bites.

Serves: 4 | Prep: 1 hr 10 mins | Cook: 8 min

Ingredients:

  • 1½ lb. Steak Ends
  • ¼ cup Whiskey
  • ¼ cup Soy Sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. Brown Sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. Dijon Mustard
  • 2 Tbsp. Avocado Oil
  • 2 Garlic Cloves, Minced
  • 1 tsp. Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp. Smoked Paprika

Directions:

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the whiskey, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, avocado oil, garlic, black pepper, and smoked paprika.
  2. Add the steak ends to a resealable bag or shallow dish and pour the marinade over the top. Toss to coat evenly, cover, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or up to 8 hours.
  3. Preheat the grill to high heat (450–500°F).
  4. Remove the steak ends from the marinade, allowing any excess to drip off. Discard the remaining marinade.
  5. Place the steak ends directly over the heat and grill, turning every 90 seconds, until a rich crust develops on all sides and the beef reaches your preferred doneness. For medium-rare, cook approximately 6 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 130–135°F.
  6. Transfer the steak ends to a plate and let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.
  7. Serve alongside your favorite vegetables, roasted potatoes, or a crisp summer salad.
