Steak Ends & Mushrooms
Ingredients:
- 2 Lb of Tangen Draw Steak Ends
- 1 Lb of Mushrooms
- Worcestershire Sauce
- 4 TBLS Butter
- Garlic Powder
- Salt
- Pepper
- Parsley
Directions:
- Start by patting the Tangen Draw steak ends dry. Cut the mushrooms in half and place them, along with the steak ends, into a large mixing bowl.
- Next, melt the butter and pour it over the steak and mushrooms. Season generously with Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Don’t be shy with the salt and pepper, as some of it will drip off during cooking.
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F. Preheating helps sear the steak, locking in both moisture and flavor. Once the air fryer is ready, add the steak and mushroom mixture, being careful not to overcrowd the basket. Cook for 6-8 minutes, turning the steak halfway through. If your air fryer is too full, cook in batches for even results. Add a couple more minutes if you prefer your steak more well done. Adjust cooking time as needed to achieve your desired doneness.
